Albi Kitchen is a Somali-American café based in downtown Minneapolis. The founders set out to create a space that brings together community, culture, and cuisine — a modern reflection of Somali hospitality in the heart of the Twin Cities. They wanted a brand and environment that would feel authentic, welcoming, and proudly rooted in heritage.
Our Approach
Bold Branding Group led Albi Kitchen’s development from concept to grand opening. The team shaped the business concept, defined the brand’s identity, designed the logo and visual system, and created the website. Bold also provided direction for the café’s interior design and décor to ensure a seamless experience from online to in-person. The launch strategy included influencer engagement, media outreach, and event planning to position Albi Kitchen as a cultural destination.
